Cancellation Policy

Wallis Auto Detail operates as a professional service-based business in the State of Texas. By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, approving work, allowing service to be performed, or paying an invoice, customers agree to all terms outlined in our Terms, Tax, Fees, Privacy, and Refund Policy. All prices displayed on our website, estimates, menus, or communications represent service subtotals only. Sales tax and applicable fees are not included in the subtotal and are added after the job is completed or at the time the invoice is issued and paid. Wallis Auto Detail collects Texas sales tax at the current rate of 8.25% on taxable services as required by law. Marking a service as a business expense does not remove sales tax. Tax may only be waived if a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale or Exemption Certificate is provided before service begins. A 3.5% card processing fee is applied to all credit, debit, and electronic payments to cover third-party processing costs. This fee is not a tax. Estimates are non-binding and based on the information and visible condition provided at the time of quoting. Final pricing may change if vehicle condition, contamination level, or service scope differs from what was described or if additional services are approved. Authorization to proceed constitutes approval of final charges. Ceramic coating warranties cover the coating product only. Inspections, decontamination, top-coat or booster applications, maintenance details, labor, and products used during refresh visits are not included in the original coating installation price and are billed separately. All services rendered are non-returnable once performed. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Corrections or touch-ups do not eliminate payment obligations for completed services. Outstanding balances must be resolved before scheduling additional non-warranty services. Customer information is collected only as necessary to provide services, process payments, communicate with customers, and maintain records. Information is not sold or rented and is shared only with required service providers or legal authorities when necessary. Wallis Auto Detail limits liability to the amount paid for the specific service performed and is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
